Owner Mike Alderman began Outer Beauty Landscapes after working in the landscape industry for the previous 8 years, employed by two reputable companies within Burlington. During this period he gained 3 years experience as a Landscape Construction Manager as well as a number of certification and qualifications within various aspects of the landscape industry. In 2006, he graduated from the Humber College Certified Horticultural Technician Apprenticeship and in 2008 became 1 of 4 Certified Interlocking Paver Installers through the ICPI in Burlington. He also received an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology from the University of Guelph in 2004 and a Masters of Resource and Environmental Management degree in 2005 from Dalhousie University.

Our level of experience, education and certification within the industry has shaped our approach to client relations and project quality. We strive for nothing less than the highest levels of professionalism and quality of construction in order to ensure the continued enjoyment and satisfaction each client receives from their new outdoor spaces.

In keeping with our high level of standards, we have chosen Unilock and Permacon as our main paver and wall stone manufacturers. These two companies are the leaders in the industry and provide a wide selection of high-quality, artistic products that enhance any landscape. Should a client prefer another manufacturer's product we are more than happy to accomodate this request. Our natural stone products (armour stone, flagstone, rockery) are hand selected from reputable suppliers within our service area. The selection and variety of these natural products vary throughout the season and provide a unique enhancement to any outdoor space.
