OUR PROMISE

For every project in which excavation is to be done by machine, we will contact Ontario 1 Call to provide underground utility locates of buried service lines.

We will provide manufacturers catalogues as well as actual samples of material in order to determine colour selection and meet client expectations of each project.

We will inform you of the style, pattern and description of all cuts and angles for approval before work is undertaken.

Our project start dates are as accurate as possible. We will contact you no less than 1 week prior to the scheduled start date of a project if we are delayed to set up a new date.

We will strive to meet with each client 2 weeks before the scheduled start of a project in order to re-cap and finalize all project details towards efficient flow and overall client satisfaction.

We will not continue work in weather conditions that negatively affect the integrity of a project.

Once a project is complete, we will ask for payment only after an on-site walkthrough and complete client satisfaction. Any future deficiencies are covered by our warranty.

Our staff are educated, certified and trained to do every job which we are hired to do. We will not perform work beyond our scope without outside expertise.

We will provide the highest quality of construction standards through a work environment embracing continuing education and training.

We will correct any aspect of our work which does not meet client expectations.

You will be informed of additional costs above our agreed upon contract for approval before additional work begins.

Our staff will maintain a professional and respectful manner when on-site and in conversation with clients.
